Shipping information

We prepare each SOBAE order with care and send tracking details as soon as it leaves us.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays begin processing on the next business day.

UK delivery

Standard shipping normally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Express shipping normally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch when that option is available at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and busy seasonal periods can extend delivery times.

Shipping cost

Standard UK shipping is free when the order subtotal is over £35. Any available delivery charges and services are shown before payment at checkout.

Tracking your order

We send a dispatch email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow a little time for the carrier to activate the tracking link.

Address changes and delivery problems

If an address is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing has started.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and the relevant details.
